Features and Condition of the Obijime/Obiage Set | New Obijime/Obiage Set
This obijime and obiage set is recommended for semi-formal coordinates.
Both the obijime and obiage are made of 100% silk.
The main color is a muted ocher (koganeiro) (*refer to Teihon Nihon no Iro Jiten), with a muted reddish-brown (gyuketsukōiro) (*refer to Teihon Nihon no Iro Jiten) as an accent color.
The obijime, with its "tegumi" label, features a clean arrow-feather-like design.
Since the reddish-brown part is only on one side, please tie it so that this part comes to your left side.
The obiage has a cloud pattern in the background. Like the obijime, it combines two colors, and small, confetti-like squares are scattered across it in gold.
Among the many confetti patterns, some parts shimmer like an aurora, making it very beautiful.
Please wear this set with semi-formal kimonos such as Houmongi, Tsukesage, or Iromuji.
Both the obijime and obiage are made of 100% silk.
Although it is a new old stock item, the obiage has some wrinkles from storage. Other than that, there are no stains or dirt, and it is perfectly usable as a pre-owned item.
