Characteristics and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
This Nagoya obi is recommended for casual occasions.
The slightly subdued pink tones create a soft atmosphere.
The pattern features a "changing Ichimatsu" style, with each square woven with a different, delightful design.
The pattern is Rokutsu (patterned on six parts) and finished in the Nagoya style. The fabric is firm and substantial, and since the pattern doesn't specify a "belly pattern" section, I believe it's a design that even beginners in kimono dressing will find easy to wear.
Please coordinate it with iromuji (solid-colored kimonos), komon (small-patterned kimonos), or tsumugi (pongee kimonos).
There are many stains on the surface, from the taiko (drum knot) pattern down to the end of the tare (hanging part).
While there are many, they are not very noticeable due to the color of the background fabric.
Many people might not mind this level of staining. Please check the photos before purchasing.
There are also wrinkles on the lining, around the back of the taiko.
Other than that, there are no noticeable stains or dirt, making it perfectly wearable as a recycled item.
