Nagoya Obi Features and Condition | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
This is a long Nagoya obi, recommended for casual occasions.
A beautiful item with a bright grey background (kinunezuiro - silk mouse color) (※refer to Teihon Wa no Iro Jiten) and a blue gradient on the sides.
The patterned accents feature chili peppers hung to dry with hemp string.
The small, neatly arranged peppers create a charming design.
For the front part (hara), one side has chili peppers, and the other side has a blue gradient.
One of the recommended points of this obi is how its appearance changes significantly by simply changing the wrapping direction.
The rough texture of the tsumugi fabric is very appealing.
Since chili peppers are also depicted on the tare-saki (end of the obi), it's highly recommended to tie it skillfully to connect the patterns!
Please coordinate with iromuji, komon, and other kimono styles.
There is one oil-like stain on the lining, in the otaiko pattern area.
While it won't be visible when worn, please check the photos before purchasing.
