This Nagoya obi is recommended for casual occasions.
This is a stencil-dyed item with vibrant red and mustard yellow on a beautiful black background.
The round butterfly patterns are arranged at regular intervals, giving it a very stylish impression.
The pattern extends across the entire obi (zen-tsu), and it's tailored in the Nagoya style. It seems easy for beginners to handle.
Please enjoy coordinating it with kimonos such as iromuji, komon, and tsumugi.
There are some creases from wear around the taiko knot and the front belly area.
Additionally, small beige circles are present at regular intervals of about 40 cm along one edge of the obi, from the tip of the hand (tesaki) to the tip of the droop (taresaki). (It might be more accurate to say these areas are undyed.) *Only one photo is available.
Although they are small dots, because the background is black, they become quite noticeable once you start to mind them.
