Features and Condition of Nagoya Obi | Used and Recycled Nagoya Obi
This Nagoya obi is recommended for semi-formal coordination.
It features a stylish abstract pattern scattered across a bright, pale grey (ginpakushoku - silvery white, as referenced in Teihon Wairo Jiten) background.
With many plain areas, it gives a clean impression, and since the atmosphere differs on the left and right sides of the obi, you can change the impression by altering how you tie it.
The pattern is Rokutsu and it is tailored in Nagoya style.
The fabric is soft and easy to handle, yet has a moderate crispness.
Please coordinate it with iromuji (solid-colored kimono), komon (small-patterned kimono), or light tsukesage (kimono with attached patterns).
There are a few small brown spots on the outer fabric, but they are all tiny and difficult to spot unless closely examined.
Additionally, there are wrinkles mainly on the back of the taiko (drum knot), but otherwise, there are no noticeable stains or dirt, making it perfectly usable as a recycled item.
The overall photograph provides the closest representation of the color, but it may vary slightly depending on your device.
